Booking & Payment

Requests for availability or booking as well as any amendments must be submitted by email (or failing that by post). Our confirmation will be sent by email.

Phone calls concerning availability are of a purely informative nature.

The reservation will be effective upon receipt of deposit.

• Deposit 50% of the total amount at booking
• Final payment at your arrival
• Additional services confirmed when booking will be included in the payment request. Services booked at the Mas directly will be payable at the time of departure.

Payments can be made by check to “Le Mas des Cigales” or by transfer to the account whose details will be sent upon request.

The balance can be paid in cash or check, credit cards are not accepted.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer

The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by email of its consideration by the Mas des Cigales.

• 30 days and more before arrival: the deposit is retained
• Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is kept and the owner reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.

In case of interruption of the stay, the total amount of your booking will be kept.

Cancellation by the owner

If before the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform his client by any means and will refund double the deposit within 8 days.

The customer cannot claim any compensation and shall have no further liability to the owner arising out of such cancellation.

Check in

Check-in is between 17.00 and 19.00 hours.

Rooms must be vacated no later than 11am.

Use of premises

All rooms are non-smoking and, for hygienic reasons, no pets are allowed.

The rooms have an accommodation capacity of one or two people per room. For rooms with extra beds, please contact us in advance in order to add a person to the reservation (at extra charge).

The client must respect the peaceful nature of our establishment and must conduct himself appropriately at all times. He undertakes to leave the rooms as found upon arrival.

The swimming pool is open to guests from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. A roller shutter is installed. Children must be under constant adult supervision and are under their responsibility.

The customer is responsible for all damages he may cause. He has to be insured by an appropriate insurance policy for these risks.

Any dispute will be managed by the local authorities.
